Ndala Mills - Age 20

Ndala Mills is from one of the most peaceful communities on the West coast Morne Rachette which is also home to Jean Paul, one of Dominicas most talented young cricketers. Her name, Ndala, which means Trophy, gives her much motivation and confidence to execute her lifelong dreams.

At present, she is employed with the most dynamic trade union on island the Dominica Public Service Union as an Accounts Clerk. God has blessed her with drawing abilities which she intends to always use in her journey through life. She also takes keen interest in music and dance and is a member of the Roseau Improvement Committee Steel Orchestra and the Morne Rachette Cultural Group. She enjoys modeling which she did formerly with Mannequins Dominique.

Life would not posses much treasure if one had nothing to be passionate about. Some of Ndalas deepest passions include curbing Domestic Violence which is depressingly prevalent in societies today. She is particularly concerned about the wellbeing of members in a family. She believes that society ought to examine the Christian values and start living the Christian values. Ndalas passion also lies in swimming. She describes it as a relaxation method since there is a sense of freedom and joy.

She decided to be part in the National Queen Show for a number of reasons but mainly because she wants to be a role model to persons, a source of inspiration to others and to be an ambassador to her country.

Her journey will not end here since she wishes to pursue university education someday soon.
