Narrissa Browne - Age 19
Nineteen (19) year old Narrissa Browne is from the well known cultural village of Grand bay. Currently, she is employed at H.H.V. Whitchurch and Co. Ltd. as an Inventory Clerk in the Accounts Department.
Her extra curricular activities include hiking, singing, reading and socializing. Amidst all this she takes pride in her environment and hence the reason why she is a member of the Dominica Environment Youth Organization Incorporated. Her involvement includes beach clean-ups and community service and this gives her a greater awareness of the effect that our mismanagement of the environment is having on climate change.
Being a member of the Duke of Edinburgh Awards Programme keeps her physically fit and teaches her the benefits of being a team player.
She sees her participation in the 2007 Carnival Queen Competition as an avenue through which she can showcase her combined experiences and talents.
If she were crowned Miss Dominica 2007, Dominica would be the focus of her attention as she would endeavor to remind and educate people on the importance of a healthy environment to Dominica and the world by extension.
