Roseau, Dominica (TDN) -- Economist and accountant Jerome Arthur Barzey has died. Barzey who worked for many years in Dominica within the senior management of the government service died in New York following a brief illness.
For many years the well regarded educator taught at the St Mary’s Academy, the Sixth Form College and the University of the West Indies Extra Mural Studies.
He also worked in private practice as an accountant and spent several years as Permanent Secretary in different government ministries.
He is survived by his wife Evette Barzey, daughter Cheryl Barzey and one grandchild.
Memorial Services for the late Jerome Arthur Barzey will take place on Saturday, February 9, 2013 at 2:00 P.M at the
Universal Temple Church of God

Reverend Tracy Henderson will Officiate. Repast will following at Universal Temple Church of God. Family and friends are free to contribute.
