"Education Minister visits Monroe College, New Rochelle, NY

The Honorable Vince Henderson, Minister of Education, Youth and Sports Affairs, visited Monroe College in New Rochelle, NY as part of a nationwide tour of institutions of higher education in the United States.
 Approximately 30 Dominican students attend Monroe College, as do several Dominicans who have become permanent residents of the United States.
