Roseau, Dominica (TDN) —- Former Acting Chief Justice of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court Sir Brian Alleyne of Dominica, Justice Irving Andre of the Ontario Court of Justice, Gabriel Christian Washington based trial lawyer and former Ambassador Crispin Gregoire will discuss the recent ruling in the case challenging the legality of prime minister Roosevelt Skerrit and education minister Peter St Jean.
