Paulette Francois is the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Workforce Development at the Maryland State Department of Labor Licensing and Regulations (DLLR). She is responsible for overseeing the state’s workforce development system.
Ms. Francois has worked at DLLR since 2007 but has over 15 years of experience in human services. She is also a motivational speaker, trainer and grant writer.
Paulette received both her Bachelors of Science and Master Degree in Education from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
